Subscriptions

Subscription Details

1. Each of our subscription packs has multiple flower assortments. Every week you will receive a different assortment of flowers.
2. In a month you will receive 4 different bunch of flowers.
3. Flowers are chosen subject to availability.
4. Flowers are delivered on a designated day depending upon the area between 10 am to 5 pm.
5. Our subscription packs are delivered free.
6. Incase you are not available for a delivery, please inform us a day before. Orders once punched will be considered delivered.
7. All the subscriptions need to be completed within a period of two months, starting from the date of first delivery.
8. Our flowers are delivered with a sachet of flower food and a literature to handle flowers.
9. We do not accept cancellation / refund on our subscription packs.
10. We do not accept transfer of Subscription.
11. Incase you do not find your delivery as per your expectations, please raise a complaint within an hour of delivery. Once the complaint is verified, we will replace the flowers within 24 hrs.
