Product and Delivery Terms & Conditions

• Shipping Timelines and Policy : Shipment will be delivered within the due time as chosen but this can not be guaranteed due to many unforeseen circumstances like traffic jams/ sudden rains or COVID-19 lockdowns. However we will try to best fulfill our promise of scheduled time delivery if chosen. We will notify the customer in case of delay of more than 4 hours in delivery. Same day delivery is not available as of now and we will notify once we start that.
• In case of unavailability of a box, flower, or the colour of a flower, we will notify you and offer a replacement. Please note, we will not offer a refund for such unavailability.
• If, in the event of unavailability of a box, you choose a box of a higher category, the difference would have to be borne by you.
• Please be informed that we do not offer a refund on cancellations of orders. In such circumstances, we issue credit notes, which are to be used within 3 months from the date of initial placement of order.
• In case of bad weather conditions—heavy rain, area flooding, etc.,—we will make the delivery when possible. In such a case refund will not be initiated.
• If, due to the ongoing pandemic, an area is sealed and/or the building disagrees to accept any parcels, a refund will not be initiated. We will offer a re-delivery at an additional cost depending on the day and time of delivery.
  
• In case of non-availability due to lockdown, a refund won’t be processed and the amount paid will be kept as credit.
• Please be aware that at Huvina Sante we are taking all necessary precautions to steer clear of coronavirus; however, in the event of an unknowing, unfortunate spread, Huvina Sante will be not responsible.

1. Each of our subscription packs has multiple flower assortments. Every week you will receive a different assortment of flowers.
2. In a month you will receive 4 different bunch of flowers.
3. Flowers are chosen subject to availability.
4. Flowers are delivered every Sunday between 10 am to 5 pm.
5. Our subscription packs are delivered free.
6. Our subscription packs are available on limited pin codes. Please verify your pincode for subscribing.
7. Incase you are not available for a delivery, please inform us a day before. Orders once punched will be considered delivered.
8. Our flowers are delivered with a sachet of flower food and a literature to handle flowers.
9. We do not accept cancellation / refund on our subscription packs.
10. We do not accept transfer of Subscription.
11. Incase you do not find your delivery as per your expectations, please raise a complaint within an hour of delivery. Once the complaint is verified, we will replace the flowers within 24 hrs.
